The image is usually not really randomized (that would require
too much work), but is randomly corrupted at the
end of the image.  You will not a variable length corruption of the
bottom edge of the image.  Therefore it would seem that it could
be hashed by the razor engine if the designers chose to do so
by simply hashing a certain subset of the image.
