a) Eww.  RAZOR2_CHECK && MIME_HTML_MOSTLY
b) MIME_HTML_MOSTLY probably doesn't help you with non-HTML mails (I'd have=
 to
   look at the rule to figure out what it does)
c) this feels like something razor-whitelist could help with, at least if i=
t's
   a consistent checksum.
