[SA-Announce] spamassassin report

I have configured spamassassin 2.60 and qmail-scanner and they working 
ok my problem is i need to configure spamassassin to send a message 
tagged as spam with extra messages giving the person reason the e-mail 
has been tagged and the number of hits  and the person to get intouch to 
incase they need more explanation ... how can i do this
