SpamAssassin as distributed by the ASF SpamAssassin Project DOES NOT include
any feature that creates a "X-Ham-Report" header. Such a header is most likely
added by whatever software connects SpamAssassin to your mail server. In the
case of cPanel, that is proprietary cPanel code. 

You problem can only be solved by your hosting provider and/or cPanel.
