New Release Candidate: 4.0.2-rc1 - Testers Needed

Hello Everyone,

4.0.2 release candidate 1 of Apache SpamAssassin is now available at
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/spamassassin/

It can also be installed from CPAN using tools such as cpanm, e.g.

    cpanm GBECHIS/Mail-SpamAssassin-4.0.2-rc1-TRIAL.tar.gz

This is a release candidate for the patch release 4.0.2

Please test and post success or failure as soon as possible!

If these files don't show any problems I'll call for a vote on
moving to full release as the next step.

Please review it and suggest changes or additions.
Also take a look at the UPGRADE file in case anything should be added to it.
