The SpamAssassin project does not generally treat problems with rules as _b=
ugs_
per se, except in limited cases like where the rule is based on an eval() t=
hat
calls custom code to interpret the message. A flawed rule regex or poor meta
isn't considered source code.

Unless the rule is an eval() rule or similar code-based rule, problems with
rules should be brought to the SpamAssassin Users list - see here for hos to
subscribe:=20
