Use of uninitialized value $response[0]

Hello

I'm seeing the following logged by Procmail in one and only one mailbox and as far as I can see there is no difference in the Procmail recipe calling Spamassassin in all the mailboxes

 Procmail: Match on "< 256000"
procmail: Locking "spamassassin.lock"
procmail: Executing "/usr/local/bin/spamassassin"
