this is imho junk all the way back, qp ?, utf-8 ?, text/html?, all can 
make 8bit encodes, but this example there it does not work, since cte is 
make the content 7 bit

anyway back to google, why not add -10 to wl.mailspike.net ?

score wl.mailspike.net (-10) (-10) (-10) (-10)

remove () if you prefer not dynamic score adj

google.com is currently dbl listed
