So, your intention was to report SPF misconfiguration issue for some
spamhaus server?

May I suggest trying https://contact-center.spamhaus.org/ ?

spamassassin-users mailing lists sounds like less then ideal place
for such report; as vast majority (if not all) of subscribers here
cannot do anything to actually fix that issue.
