Re: False positive from DONATION_BODY

Search for it in the usual places including things like /etc/mail/spamassassin. 
If it is not found in "grep -i DONATION_BODY /var/lib/spamassassin/* -R" then 
it's not a stock rule. It must be something you added a LONG time ago, perhaps?
