validity has so low limit for access that it has been disabled by default.  
You can also disable them in e.g. local.cf:

dns_query_restriction deny sa-trusted.bondedsender.org
dns_query_restriction deny sa-accredit.habeas.com
dns_query_restriction deny bl.score.senderscore.com

where did you get this
It makes no sense, did you verify this using

spamassassin --lint

?

I hope this will be updated in next run because VALIDITY rules are useless 
for most of us.
