all fetched in updates, select a smaller range of dates or get it all

why not just sa-update ?

rsync is not imho used in apache, but it tested it worked as you do, its 
just not dokumented to work

for the dnswl it might be another problem

it was faster here, i just did not test dnswl

i have 1000/1000 Mbit fiber here, my wifi is faster :=) (unifi express
