SpamAssissan doesn't run after installation ?

I hope someone can help. I installed SpamAssissan using cpan. And 
although everything installed correctly, and I checked where 
SpamAssissan is installed. I'm unable to get it to run. I locate the 
executable files but when I run, nothing happens ?
