No.

The machine handling rule QA, including both uploads and the website,=20
has been under a very heavy DDoS and in the past few days it has been=20
particularly bad, as the DDoS has broken my capacity to combat it.=20
There's an open ticket with ASF Infra to assist, but I don't expect this=20
to be fully solved soon.
