But , within us that the assignment was given , we have agreed to divert the whole funds without the knowledge of Charles Taylor who we believe has looted enough of our country,s money at the expense of the masses of my country.In time, when he is either killed or chased out of power,we hope to return to our country and invest the funds in humanitarian services or businesses that would benefit the people. We believe this is a worthier action which shoud be supported by any well- meaning individual anywhere in the world. 



For your information, we have made thorough research and worked out method and means of a smooth operation of moving the said funds, with your full cooperation and confidential assurance to keep this matter strictly to yourself untill our aims are totally achieved as spelt out above.Be further informed that our enquiries also showed that moving the funds to either europe, asia or america in cash might be difficult.Firstly, the funds can only be moved to DUBAI in UNITED ARABS EMIRATES. This is because the laws of that region allows transaction of this nature provided the money is not fake or drug money.{Pls. find attached to this mail a publication of the U.A,E. to verify this claim}.AS I write this message, the Luggages containing the funds have been moved out of Liberia to a Diplomatic Courier Company in Dubai.The actual contents of the Luggages have not being decleared 
but they left as family valuables . 

WE can invest or move them bit by bit to Accounts anywhere in the world by legal transfer banking proceedures.We are contacting you therefore, to have the bags of money be moved in your name or that of your company as the owner or the beneficiary through a security company agency in Dubai who will receive and clear the bags in your behalf .This is possible as proved by the attached publication for your study. 

This means the AIRWAY BILL will be in your name for easy transaction.Aside this, since we have not all your contact data or information,we shall also send A POWER OF ATTORNEY and other documents to safe- guard our part of the money.Infact, a representative from our side shall be on hand or with you when you arrive Dubai.
