 From SVN - although there are 2 files not checked in which relate only 
to the reported version number.

Yeah - but they should all be resolved with the most recent pywin32 - 
from which the most recent binary was built.

I would if I could.  I don't see any such problems with that binary and 
Win7x64 + Outlook 2010 beta and there is only so much I can debug via 
speculation.

Please try the 1.1a6 binary first - that will give us more information 
upon which to try and diagnose the problems you see running from source.
