spambayes problem

Hi, I have read the troubleshooting guide, and cannot get anywhere. My spambayes has stopped working, and the toolbar that allows me to train spambayes is gone. Windows xp; don't know how to determine the version of spambayes I have. What's a log file? * the version of Windows you are using * the version of SpamBayes * any log files.
