Spambayes Setup

I have downloaded Spambayes from the Internet.  I am currently using
Microsoft Outlook 2003, and I downloaded version 1.0.4.  When I open this
file in "Program Files/Spambayes", there is nothing there to open and
install the program to Outlook.  Do I need some other program to open the
files.  I currently can't open the files labeled pyt or dll.
