Glad to hear that.  I've never actually used Debian so am not at all
acquainted with their packing tools.

In your startup script you can just 

    export BAYESCUSTOMIZE /path/to/spambayes.ini

and the POP3 proxy will look there (and save there when you configure via
the web interface).
