One thing to make sure of is check the permissions on the spambayes database files, they need to be “full control” for your user, otherwise when spambayes tries to start it cannot access the database files if they are only full control by Administrator. This occurs even after a full shutdown/startup cycle. For logging, I'm getting nothing from Spambayes or Outlook as to what is wrong. Just the error message during Outlook startup.
