SpamBayes Error On Screen

Moving a message failed due to an unexpected Outlook error.
Exception 0x80040119 (MAPI_E_EXTENDED_ERROR): OLE error 0x80040119

It is recommended you restart Outlook at the earliest opportunity

This message will not be reported again until Spambayes is restarted.

Once this happens Outlook has to be uninstalled and reinstalled to make it work.

I tried uninstalling Outlook and reinstalling Outlook and Spambayes and the same thing happens.

I'm at a loss...

Operating System is Win XP SP3
Outlook 2003
SpamBayes 1.0.4

Log files are attached
