Therein lies your problem.  I believe 64-bit Windows + Outlook + SpamBayes
is a problematic configuration.  The only workaround I have heard is to not
install SpamBayes in the default Program Files folder on C:.  Install it
on another (non-system?) disk and see if that helps.

(Not being a Windows person) I don't have answers to either of these
questions.  Perhaps someone else has some suggestions.
