Bug in Outlook 2010 for SpamBayes Addin

Gentlemen, When starting Outlook 2010 the following error occurs: "There was an error initializing the SpamBayes addin. Please re-start Outlook and try again". After that SpamBayes stops working. De-installation and re-installation does not seem to work. Please advise.
