Spambayes not loading - Windows7 64 and Outlook 2010 64

Hello, I use Spambayes for years now on xp and office 2003 - 2007 I'm trying to install it on a Windows7 64 bits with office 2010 64 bits (french) result : -nothing happens on outlook startup after install -no spambayes add-on mentioned on the outlook active add-on list or on the inactivated add-on list I tried changing the default install folder => nothing I looked for a spambayes log file : not found. what may I try else ?
