Unless someone decides it would be useful for them and steps up to scratch
their own itch, probably never.  You might get closer to a solution if you
can use IMAP.  The SpamBayes IMAP filter could be run on a stationary
device and your iPhone would be none the wiser.  You'd just ignore the spam
folders until you got home or to work, where you could scan them in a more
featureful environment.
