Need help

I have used your software for years in both my office PC and home PC and now
in my laptop as well.

 

I have donated several times and really love your program. However, after I
got a virus and had to have it removed I downloaded it again and it has
never worked properly.

 

I have to do most of the training myself and even then it doesn't remember
what I put into the junk drawer previously - also the "recover from span"
button will not work.

 

I'm an older semi-retired lady that may not be configuring correctly and
would love some help.

 

This morning I uninstalled the software but I see now that some of the text
is still in my Outlook file?

 

I will try installing it again but sure would like it fir I could have
someone on the phone walk me through this configuration process???
