SpamBayes disappeared in Outlook??

Version of SpamBayes:  latest?

 

For some reason last week, SpamBayes disappeared from Outlook.  It used to
be in the Add-Inns tab, but now it isn't there anymore and filtering has
stopped.

 

I downloaded a new version of SpamBayes in hopes that re-installing would
help, but that has not helped.

 

I have liked how SpamBayes has worked for me as a spam filter for the past
several years.  I very much would like to have it working again.
