Deleted Held Mail Folder - HELP

I somehow deleted my Held Mail Folder and now I cant get it back

I thought if I just created a new one called Held Mail it would be fine

I have been away from home for 3 days and have not got a single spam in my 
Held Mail folder

Any suggestions???
