I wasn't paying much attention here as I saw Mike E. was
handling it.  However, watching this thing move from
newsgroup to newsgroup and now seeing it yet again
showing as a new item over in the Forum .... here's
the critical item ... the SpamAssassin score (and
presumably the header Tag addition) isn't done
by a SpamCop server ... Please note the details in
the lines provided here from your sample;
