subfolders

Hi:

Is it possible to download only emails in a subfolder using the spamcop POP 
server?  I subscribe to an email list and have a filter that routes all of 
those emails to a subfolder, but I need to download those emails to get them 
off of the spamcop server, while (if possible) leaving the emails in the 
inbox.  Can I do this using either Outlook Express or MS Outlook?
