Webmail performance with keepalive/HTTP 1.0

Hello guys,

Using Mozilla, I've found that if you enable keepalive with HTTP 1.0 
then Spamcop webmail performs really poorly. For example, taking 20 
seconds to open a blank Compose message window.

If you are using keepalive+http1.1 thats fine. Or http1.0 without 
keepalive, also fine.

Noted more as a curiousity than anything else..
