It looks like it has been hitting spamtraps and getting reported by
reporters.  It is due to come off in 8 hours.

I think deputies only remove servers from the SCbl if the listing is an
error.  That is, I think they can 'unreport' a /mistaken/ report.  If
the reports aren't a mistake and a server 'needs' to be on the list,
then it should be on the list, whether it is a hotmail server, an aol
server, or whatever.
