I'm sorry if my statement above was misinterpreted.  To be clear, the
only impact is on creation/addition of new Mailhosts.

I'm sorry that I posted that in error.  It was what I believed at the
time based on the last official post from a SpamCop employee.  I am not
a SpamCop employee.
