Can't Access Whitelist

1.  Using the reporting option "Forward (and whitelist sender)" does not
work for me.  Each time the same people write to me, they appear on the
HeldLog list.

2.  Going to Webmail (by clicking on the tab) does not work for me either.
When I log in I get the usual "inbox".  When I click on "Options" to add
things to my whitelist manually, I am returned to the Welcome page and asked
to log in again!

This has been going on for about a month.  Fortunately, I have all Inbox
mail forwarded, so that is not a problem.  However, I'd like to be able to
access the options for personal use in all areas.
