Yes, they're coming through in droves.  Always just a GIF image.   
Rarely caught by a blacklist.  On the ones still in my trash the  
SpamAssassin score has been 4.0, so I think I'll try lowering my  
limit & see how much legitimate mail that gets.  (5 had been working  
well for me until this stuff started to come through.)
