I am getting the same message when logging into Webmail: "Login failed for some reason. Make sure you use your FULL EMAIL ADDRESS as the username." This after When I try to retrieve mail with my email client software, it reports that "mail.spamcop.net" has timed out, although traceroute says it's alive. I browsed the email forums for some new info and there was nada. I have also email JT (from a gmail account). My spam reporting functions have not been affected.
