I have just learned that one of my Postfix servers, which is using SpamCop & spamhaus to filter incoming spam has had two rejections based on SpamCop & one on Spamhaus, in 24 hours. But in the mean time the server has forwarded just over 18,000 spams for 751 fictional users to /dev/null. The other thing I see is 1000's of failed connections. This machine normally see's about 1000 spam a day and processes about 50 leget emails. Where are the replies? Normally about 10-15 spam get through a day.
