I have no idea what you are paying for or who you are sending
your money to.  You first state "e-mail for a year" but then bring
up "donations" .... if you follow the links, those options end up
going to different people, different companies, different U.S.
coasts .... That's your call.

The last time "SpamCop.net" offered any SMTP service was back
when Julian ran the whole thing on his own hardware, out of his own
pocket.  And even then, it wasn't a 'graceful' tool.  The lack of SMTP
remained when the newsgroups and e-mail services were moved
over to JT's systems.  Technically, JT's CES system/company does
offer full e-mail capabilties, but that is not the $30 / year SpamCop.net
thing.

The business arrangement is something done between Julian and JT ...
long before IronPort got involved.
