no e-mail from Spamcop

I have been using Spamcop for over two years and have not had any problems. 
I am not receiving messages in Inbox or Held mail for the past three days. I 
also use Outlook Express and mail is in my ISP's Pop server. Apparently when 
Spamcop pops my server it isn't getting the messages. I am not getting any 
indication from spamcop that it is having a problem. I had my ISP check 
their POP  server and I am able to send and receive with OE. How can I get 
in touch with support for Spamcop?
