same here.
Curiously, with IE, on the opening login screen, nothing shows up below 
the "Language" window, there is no "Log In" button and no news info or 
links. When I entered my data and hit enter, IE "beeped at me" and then 
I noticed that the "Log In" button was not there!
On Firefox and Mozilla at least the main login screen appears normally, 
but nothing happens after entering my UID and PW and pressing "Log In"
