Ditto here on IE not showing the login button or anything below it, and
with Opera showing the full login screen.  (Upon trying to log in, Opera
shows "Setting up secure connection", "sending request", and repeats it
a few times before giving me a blank screen.)

Very strange.

Any ETA yet?
