I can now log in with Firefox but when I do I get a blank page.
IE will still not allow me to log in - no Log In Button, no message. 
Nothing below the Language Setting window appears in IE.
Still some problems, but at least we have made a modicum of progress.
The two emails I sent myself earlier have not arrived yet.
