Well, I didn't know how old your applicant was :) However, I have been in a situation where someone who *had* worked in B was basically kicked out the door because the person interviewing him didn't know that there was such a thing and thought he was trying to BS his way into a job. I called the guy back after the person who threw him out the door had, himself, been thrown out the door.
