Do you specifically need the camera to be wireless?  If not, it seems 
more like a software problem.  If you find just a normal webcam and hook 
it up to a computer, there is software that allows you to run a server 
that allows the camera to be controlled remotely.

Or what exactly do you want done remotely?  If it is a security system, 
you are not going to control it all the time so most of the time the 
camera will be on its own doing whatever it was programmed to do.  Do 
you just want a way to see the pictures it captured or what exactly are 
you looking for?
