I occasionally test software so a server OS allowed me to run simulations -- and I'm too lazy to clear off space on the desk for the XP box, so I understand that I could just save myself problems by putting the server in the closet and wait for the next release of whatever to play around with... but just searching for some ideas to minimize the frustration.
