This week's LangaList has a big article addressed to someone who wanted
to know all about getting Win98 uptospeed so it would be in the best
condition possible to be using on old equipment, and in that article,
the several strategies all included using some good registry cleaning
utility, which was not named in that article

which he reviewed 10 and selected his favorite free and pay versions
