Just go to the AVG Control Center and click Sceduler and then scheduled tasks and either update the second item "update plan in basic mode" to set the time you want the auto update to run daily and also click update when goes online. In update manager properties you can set some other options regarding auto reboot and ending tasks automatically. Ellen
