I don't recall seeing any request from a Spamcop admin to use one method
vs. another.  I think they're more concerned with accurate reporting,
e.g., only reporting email that is really spam, not falsifying the
report, and not reporting innocent bystanders. Whichever method you find
most convenient should be fine.
