SpamCop's WHOIS lookups fail

Hello, folks.
I'm seeing problems with SpamCop's WHOIS lookups. For example this:

says:

Resolves to 210.22.50.92
"whois [email protected]" (Getting contact from whois.apnic.net mirror)

whois.apnic.net 210.22.50.92 (nothing found)
host 210.22.50.92 (getting name) no name

While a lookup from my PC says:
