What I meant to say was that two days ago my friend could not sent mail to other email accounts (which accounts I don't know). As of yesterday--after I got his IP delisted at njabl--he suddenly could send to those. He has always been whitelisted for me. Something changed yesterday, I don't know what. Thanks to John as well for a thorough explication of the subject. A
